Office Manager - Mayfair, London
Superb opportunity to join a highly successful business in the Green Park area as their Office Manager, playing a key role in the smooth running and operations of their beautiful office.
- Fully office based: Monday to Friday in the office
- Salary: 55k-65k + benefits
- Location: Mayfair (Green Park closest tube)

Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office is immaculate at all times
- Assist with HR - process starters and leavers, oversee recruitment processes and onboarding etc
- Organise team activities and oversee internal events
- Manage and update CRM system
- Coordinate with management, contractors and vendors for office maintenance, repairs, ensuring work is on budget and to standard
- Manage health and safety, fire systems etc within the building
- Handle contracts, including renewals and tenders
Office Manager Skills:
- 2-3 years+ office management, or facilities management experience
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Positive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
