- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Manage a busy reception area and handle all incoming calls
- Coordinate meetings and appointments and manage staff calendars and schedules
- Supervise, mentor and train secretarial and administrative staff
- Handle office budgets and expenses
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and relevant records are up to date
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
