You'll need to have:
- You have experience at operating at senior role in utility sector with specific understanding of outcome and delivery drivers, challenges and budgets.
- You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
- Relevant degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Appropriate project management qualification (APM, Prince2, etc).
- Working knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
You'll also have:
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Water sector.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the future of the water industry.
- Knowledge and expertise on contract development of water and wastewater capital improvements, Maintenance and operations.
- Knowledge and advice on Water Industry and current/emerging legislation.
