We are looking for a newly created operations manager role. This role will look after production and the warehouse.

We have amassed lots of data and we want this operations manager to lead with data. We use order wise to track all our processes

Responsibilities

  • Production Management:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
    • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
    • Manage production budgets and costs.
  • Warehouse Management:
    • Manage the efficient operation of the warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
    • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a team of production and warehouse staff.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
