Opportunity freelance SAP QM Consultant - East Europe - Remote

For an important leader in the IT consultancy field, we're urgently looking for an Eastern Europe SAP QM Consultant freelance, who can support the Customer in current and upcoming manufacturing deployments currently focused on Germany, Hungary, and next year, Poland and Croatia. Other deployments in India and US are also on the roadmap.

Location: East Europe. Mostly remotely. Will need to travel for project go-live support if needed.

Start: Immediately, full time

End: after 1 year + option to continue

Please see the below qualifications

• Strong experience (at least 5+ years of project work preferred) in SAP QM process implementation (not just support) in large/global projects - required. SAP PM & Calibration experience additionally strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead design work, gathering requirements, directly supporting end users (heavy emphasis on master data, QM-calibration data migration support)
• Strong functional and techno-functional knowledge in QM area a must (+ additionally PM area strongly preferred)- we have significant, more complex enhancements in area of calibration that the candidate will need to quickly assimilate knowledge on that are built on the standard functionality.
• Independently able to lead and drive his or her tasks per project plan
• Experience executing configuration & authoring configuration design documents (CSD), functional design documents (WRICEF) and independently manage review & approval process of the same with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in GxP IT and business environment very strongly preferred - especially pharma or related industry experience - or candidate will need to adapt very quickly to strict environment.
• Ability to test configuration, developments and support our testing team with required testing scenarios, script reviews, test run reviews, etc. - experience with HP ALM preferred
• Support all solution preview/business readiness proving (BRP)/system demonstrations/training/user acceptance testing as needed - heavy business interaction, and must be able to clearly communicate SAP processes to business audience.
• Manage cutover task authoring and hypercare period (post go live) and have flexibility in schedule to support go live.
