Oracle Training Lead

Role: Oracle Training Lead
Rate: £500 p/d Inside IR35
Location: Swindon HQ - 1 day p/w
Duration: 6 months

Experience Required:

• An experienced Training Lead ideally with 5 + years' experience of training a large work force.
• Essential: Calming, Pragmatic skills in problem solving, able to lead a team, used to process changes.
• Oracle Fusion experience or other ERP

Responsibilities:

• The primary role will be to lead on the training delivery and execution helping with the transition to BAU. Helping with skinning down what has been done with strong training skills as this will be helping the UK training team this will also need someone with skills to navigate this extra support to an established team.
