Job Description

Organisation Design Partner (15198)

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Design Partner to support the business to drive transformational change. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and exciting growth business, where your contribution will directly impact shaping the future of how the easyJet business operates.

Reporting directly to the Organisation Design Director, you will work alongside business leaders to support large-scale operating model and organisation design transformation programmes. With your expertise, you'll develop strategically aligned design principles, conduct regular assessments of the operating model, and offer data-driven insights to optimise the structure, size, and skill mix of our teams. You will play a key part in driving efficiency through automation, simplification of processes and ways of working.

As a trusted partner to leaders in both the Airline and Holidays businesses, you will provide best-practice advice and manage risks to ensure successful outcomes. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with Strategy, Change, HR, Finance, and other functions to align organisation design initiatives with our broader business goals.

Requirements of the Role

We offer a competitive salary, up to 30% bonus, 25 days holiday, a 7% pension, private medical cover, flexible benefits, life assurance, and excellent staff travel perks. This full-time role is based in Luton, with a requirement to work from the office up to three days a week.

If you're passionate about driving organisational change and want to shape the future of one of Europe's leading airlines, apply today to join us on this exciting journey.

About easyJet

At easyJet our aim is to make low cost travel easy - connecting people to what they value using Europe's best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service. It takes a real team effort to carry over 90 million passengers a year across 35 countries. Whether you're working as part of our front line operations or in our corporate functions, you'll find people that are positive, inclusive, ready to take on a challenge, and that have your back. We call that our 'Orange Spirit', and we hope you'll share that too.

We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds as part of our ongoing commitment to having a team that truly represents the customers that we serve. You may feel that you don't meet every single requirement for this role, but we'd still encourage you to submit an application rather than ruling yourself out. And if you need any adjustments or support during the recruitment process, please let us know and we'll work with you to find a solution.
