Job Description
Our client, a top UK Law Firm, are looking to hire an experienced PA Co-ordinator to join their London team on a 9m FTC!
Please note: You MUST have previous co-ordinating experience to be considered for this role.
ROLE: PA Co-ordinatorWHERE: Central LondonWHEN: Monday - Friday / 09:30 - 17:30 / 3 days in officeSALARY: £50,000 - £57,000 per annumLENGTH: 9m FTC
DUTIES:
- Coordinate fee-earners' secretarial and administrative needs across the team
- Maintain and review secretarial allocations to ensure the required support is in place
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activity for secretarial positions
- Undertake the annual appraisal review process for secretarial staff
- Supervise and develop career development plans for all members of the team
- Proactively manage absence or performance issues within the team
- Be proactive in designing and implementing ways to improve processes and ways of working
- Hold regular meetings with the secretaries, keeping them informed of important plans and updates
- Schedule internal and external meetings and maintain diaries
- Ensure that all materials and documentation are prepared in good time
- Act as the first point of contact for the firm's clients
- Ensure sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with clients, colleagues and private matters on behalf of allocated fee earners
- Coordinate billing/credit control and accounting matters
- Assist in the production of materials for any management meetings as required
- Assist with marketing activities as required
- Assist with workload of secretarial colleagues as required
- Involvement in firm-wide projects as required
WHAT'S NEEDED:
- Solid experience within the legal sector
- Solid experience with PA and Team management and coordination
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
- Understanding of Employment area of Law
