Part-Time Property Accounts Assistant


Your new companyA well known property management business in Bath are looking to appoint a Part-Time Account Assistant to join their growing team.
Your new role

  • Processing tenancy change forms (Rent reviews, new agreements etc).
  • Running monthly rental demand routines, posting and emailing tenant invoices and raising additional charges to tenants
  • Processing tenant receipts - ensuring they are accurately allocated to the correct account
  • Producing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Check housing benefit receipts against rent due
  • Producing, checking and sending out tenant statements


What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. Additionally, you will have:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business
  • Able to manage your own workload
  • Comfortable performing financial calculations such as rent refunds
  • Ideally AAT qualified or working towards this
  • Experience within a property management environment would be advantageous
