As an experienced Partner Manager (gn) with experience in procurement consulting or implementation services, you will drive our partnership strategy on an international level. As a key link between senior management, team members and key departments, you will bring leadership, strategic vision and deep industry knowledge to deliver operational excellence and support revenue growth. Your expertise in procurement ecosystems and implementation processes will play an important role in shaping and expanding Unite's partner network.
- Result-Driven Sales Professional: You actively work alongside your team members to identify, acquire, and manage new partners, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your focus is on hands-on partner acquisition and fostering strong collaborations to drive Unite's business objectives forward.
- Cross-department collaboration: You enhance collaboration with Sales and other departments to achieve mutual objectives and strengthen the strategic role of Global Partner Management within Unite.
- Process optimisation: You continuously refine sales processes to support internal and external cooperation and enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder engagement: You represent Unite's partnership initiatives in external settings, fostering long-term and high-impact relationships.
- Financial oversight: You manage budgets and forecasts to align with strategic goals and growth, while conducting detailed business case analyses for partners to verify profitability.
- Education: You hold a degree in Business Economics or a related field.
- Experience: You have minimum 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- Language and communication skills: Your excellent communication skills in German and English enable you to keep all stakeholders in the loop and everyone aligned.
- Presentation skills: You communicate confidently at all levels and position yourself as a competent dialogue partner at C-level.
- Analytical mindset: You have a strong analytical expertise and experience in budget and financial planning.
- Digital proficiency: You possess proficient skills in Microsoft 365-products, specifically in Excel.
- Further skills: You bring digital and eProcurement acumen; a pre-existing network of Procurement consultants is a plus.
