Our offices: We are based across Austria, Denmark, Germany and Luxembourg with a HQ in Berlin.

What your work will look like:

• Expand our business in e-commerce, POS, and Unified Commerce by identifying and acquiring new Partners.
• Have ownership for the full sales cycle: negotiating and managing partner contracts, go live, enablement, etc.
• Manage and grow existing Partner accounts (account management, churn management, upselling).
• Optimize Partner performance through business reviews, account- and growth plans.
• Drive new business and build a healthy pipeline.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• 4+ years of experience in a commercial role in a Payments-related environment, and/or working in a Partnerships role in a retail environment.
• Experience in working with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• A commercial mindset, good negotiation skills, good closing skills.
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
