Job Description
Role: Global Partner Program Lead
Location: Poland
Rate: Negotiable
In this position as Global Partner Program Lead you will be responsible for overseeing Partner Program Specialists, driving program objectives, and ensuring seamless partner experience. You'll guide Partner Program Specialists in following best practices, ensuring partners are effectively supported through onboarding, program progression, training, certification, and renewals. This high-impact role requires a focus on execution, cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, and program leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of Global Partner Program Specialists to ensure program objectives and partner milestones are achieved.
- Act as a primary escalation point for partner-related issues and provide guidance on resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, enablement, and support, to drive program success.
- Ensure consistent delivery of best practices, program requirements, and onboarding processes for partners.
- Monitor team performance metrics to maintain alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the partner experience, propose solutions, and lead improvement initiatives.
- Coach and mentor Partner Program Specialists to deliver high-quality support to partners.
- Lead strategic initiatives to scale the partner program and boost partner satisfaction.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of onboarding and enablement processes, recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with other Program Acceleration Centers to ensure consistency and standardization across the network.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in customer or partner service.
- 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Partner Programs, Partner Support, Partner Operations, Project Management, Account Management, Sales, Training, or Customer Success.
- Background in channel programs.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations and messaging effectively to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and enhancing the partner experience.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments focused on partner success and program management.
