Partner Success Operations Intern (m/f/d)

Your future contribution:
As a Partner Success Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting HomeToGo's growth by implementing effective sales and account management strategies to enhance our platform with top-tier short-term rental supply. You'll collaborate closely with the Partner Success, Sales, Salesforce, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to create tailored experiences for prospects and clients.
How you'll add value:- Manage partner leads and signings in Salesforce, including conversion to accounts, opportunities, and integrations
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team for seamless partner onboarding
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with data cleanup and entry
- Assist with live industry events, including appointments, attendee lists, and materials
- Coordinate with the B2B Marketing team to support email initiatives
- Oversee lead generation and data collection using Formstack
- Monitor and follow up on pre-onboarding tasks through email and phone
- Update and secure database information in Salesforce
- Alert and resolve data discrepancies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner experiences
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and additional tasks as needed
- Studying business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Spanish)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
- Self-starter eager to grow in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about travel and enhancing the HomeToGo platform
