Job Description
Payroll Manager Role in West London Ensure all due payments to HMRC and other external partners / suppliers are processed according to deadlines provided and are accurate and timely. Making sure payroll records are updated, by reviewing and approving changes for example, (but not limited to), exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers. Ensuring that the daily, weekly and monthly reports are compiled ensuring summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages are accurate. Manage the pension life cycle for all levels of employee Supporting the benefit strategy of the Company Ensures company is fully compliant Produces and amends the monthly work force interface (WFI) file ready for uploading into the auto enrolment assessment platform (within very tight deadlines). What you'll need to succeed
Able to work accurately and calmly to tight deadlines. Have good numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail. Payroll Managerial experience Understand the pension auto enrolment process. Be proficient in all MS Office packages. Have experience using ADP Able to work independently and as part of a team. What you'll get in return
