Pension Administrator

Huntswood is looking for experienced administrators with pension experience to join our client, working on a hybrid basis in their office in Crawley for an initial three-month contract.
As a pension administrator you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their enquiries in a timely manner. Your tasks will include processing requests to transfer pension funds to an alternative provider.
Initial training will be 100% in the client's office for a period of three weeks before reverting to a hybrid basis where be expected to working in the office three days a week, two days a week at home.
Role overview:
Starts: 4th November 2024
Location: Crawley / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office / 2 days per week home-based. Initial three-week training is fully on-site
Rate: £210 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 08:00 to 18:00
Duration: An initial twelve-week contract
Skills required:
- Demonstrable pensions experience, in either administration or complaints
- Pensions transfer knowledge and system experience of Origo, Verint or Genesys would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take and make calls to customers and internal stakeholders
- Commitment to work at client's office in Crawley
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple systems as part of your working day
