What you'll be doing
  • Act as a single point of contact for respective divisions/service line
  • Advise and support managers in strategic and operative P&C matters
  • Monitor and provide feedback for decision-making
  • Manage strategic workforce planning, recruitment and headcount movements
  • Work actively with areas of excellence within P&C: Payroll, Rewards & Analytics, Learning & Development, and Recruitment teams
  • Lead and/or support P&C projects together with relevant HR colleagues
  • Follow regulations and labor law changes and implement them
  • Support the development of the organization by implementing organizational changes and fostering fast integration of new employees

  • Ability to understand and analyze Workforce Planning models
