Job Brief

We're on the lookout for an exceptional People Partner to join our team.

You will partner with Directors and senior managers across the Moneybox team, providing guidance on a wide spectrum of people matters and support the delivery of strategic People Team projects and priorities.

What You'll Do
  • Reporting to our Senior People & Culture Manager, you'll work closely with our People & Culture Team to drive best-in-class People initiatives across the business, including:
  • Expertly and adeptly partner with the business, owning all aspects of the People lifecycle for your business areas. Focus on organisational structure and design to ensure teams are enabled for business success.
  • Contribute to the design and lead the implementation of key people processes and projects, including performance, promotion & pay review and our engagement surveys.
  • Analyse data to drive insights and meaningful discussions to improve business outcomes.
  • Build partnerships with your stakeholders, coaching, influencing, challenging their thinking and working closely together to build high-impact teams, drive change and deliver shared organisational objectives.
  • Provide strategic and commercial guidance that aligns with Moneybox strategy, delivers against our People priorities and supports the growth of our people managers.
  • Mentor and share knowledge across the People & Culture Team and amongst people managers.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation to foster belonging and support diversity of thought.
  • Champion the Moneybox culture, supporting its enhancement across the people lifecycle as we continue to grow and evolve.
  • Proactively share innovative ideas, solutions & tools to improve the People experience.
Experience and Skills
  • Advanced level knowledge of People processes, organisational culture, employee relations, and UK employment law.
  • Previous experience in a People Partner role, ideally partnering with operational and customer-facing teams.
  • Able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the roles, goals, and challenges of the business areas that you've partnered with.
  • Problem-solving mindset able to develop creative approaches and solutions with a track record of delivering business impact.
  • Confident with using data and insights to make decisions and influence.
  • Proven ability to quickly develop a good understanding of business issues and identify and deliver People interventions and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Adept at prioritisation, able to identify and focus on work that will have the biggest impact, and clearly articulate why.
  • Strong knowledge of DE&I, and experience running initiatives that promote and advance DE&I.
