Locum Community Pharmacist
Barnstaple - accommodation available
£24 - £36 per hour
Ongoing contract, Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
Full time or part time
You must hold at least 6 months experience as a qualified Band 6, 7 or 8 Pharmacist in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Aspect Healthcare are seeking a community pharmacists for a fantastic opportunity, based at a hospital in Devon. This locum position is needed for an ongoing contract, on a full time or part time basis, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Accommodation is available for this role and training will be provided.
What we require from you as a pharmacist:
Must have 6 months UK Pharmacist experience
Full right to work in the UK
Band 6/7/8 Pharmacist
GPhC registration
Responsibilities as a pharmacist:
Patient Care Management: Collaborate with health professionals to optimise medication therapy, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on medication regimens.
Medication Therapy Management: Ensure appropriate selection, dosing, and administration of medications, identifying and resolving medication-related issues.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate patient records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
