What Will You Do

• The picker/packer ensures that goods are available at the right location, in the right condition, and on time for shipment.
• Checking and sorting goods, picking and scanning orders, preparing orders for shipment, including checking, packing, labeling, and stickering, as well as conducting quality checks on goods.
• You will deliver the final product that meets the high-quality standards of our client.
• You will support colleagues with all other production-related tasks as needed.
• The work is done in shifts, with working hours as follows:
  • From 06:00 to 14:00
  • From 14:00 to 22:00

What We Expect From You

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You are in good physical health.
• Ability to work accurately, even during busy periods and under time pressure.
• Precision and attention to detail in your work.
• Computer skills, as you will be working with software-controlled machines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and reliability.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Work experience is not required.

What We Offer

• A salary of €13.68 per hour excluding bonuses, with an average gross hourly wage of €16.07 including bonuses.
• Weekend bonuses:
  • Saturday 00:00-06:00: 75%
  • Saturday 06:00-14:00: 50%
  • Saturday 14:00-24:00: 100%
  • Sunday: 100%
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer for distances over 10 kilometers.
