Job Description
Plant Pharma are partnered with one of our leading pharmaceutical clients who are seeking to hire a customer operations representative to manage a portfolio of instruments for our clients. This role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating interventions for contracted and non-contracted instruments, ensuring optimal equipment operation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for invoicing interventions outside the contract and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect client needs during the contract renewal cycle
- Process service requests and ensure timely execution of interventions
- Plan and schedule preventive/curative maintenance and Instrument Validation Services
- Coordinate service provider visits, both onsite and remotely
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions
- Provide invoicing support for services outside the contract
- Regular client communication and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales administration, procurement, or logistics
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel)
- Strong professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bac+2 to Bac+3 in administrative/commercial management (or equivalent experience)
- Customer relations experience is a plus
