Key responsibilities

  • Customer demand management with focus on on-time, product completeness and high quality.
  • Material planning with focus on customer needs, inventory targets and manufacturing capacities
  • Process alignment between logistics streams.
  • Maintain logistics data and structures in the ERP, CRM and other operation systems. Focus on data accuracy.
  • Can lead projects.
  • Secure alignment in company goals, manage department's KPI.
  • Focus on open and straight forward communication loop.
  • Implement and deploy 4i culture in all areas.
  • Drive PPI business system in daily work, drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead team members' professional development by goal setting and providing challenges for further growth, focus on career planning (successors, critical skills management, leadership skills development).
  • Focus on building strong, flexible team able to cope with daily as well as long-term challenges, support sustainable growth, drive change management, bring fun and pride philosophy into teams, focus on employer brand.
  • Manages compliance to IMS - regulatory, safety, quality, environment, and improvement.
  • Execute all activities according to Sarbanes-Oxley directives, rules, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven track of record in logistics/supply chain -preferably in planning.
  • Self-motivated, objectives driven personality with strong customer orientation.
  • Drive for improvement in processes and efficiency.
  • Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems and supply-chain.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Capacity to drive teams and individuals to the next level.
  • Ability to operate in corporate company with matrix-organizational setup.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
