Power Platform Developer - £50-£60K PA & Excellent Benefits! Remote - SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps

Location Remote (with 1 Day on-site every 2-3 months expensed)
Salary - £50 - £60K PA

The Client Curo are Collaborating with a Specialist MSP committed to revolutionising IT infrastructure through modern workplace technology and digital transformation. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, they have expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, cyber security, and all other Microsoft 365 services. They support their client companies to successfully leverage the latest Microsoft tools and improve interactions with employees, customers and suppliers.

The Candidate This role would suit a Power Platform Developer with a couple of projects under their belt. We are looking for a confident communicator, with client facing experience. This would suit someone experienced in Model Driven & Canvas Apps, who is confident scoping Business Analysis for Power Platform and SharePoint Solutions.

The Role This is a great opportunity for an up and coming Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to further hone their abilities. Your day to day will include; designing, developing, testing and deploying custom Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, using Power Automate, and Power Apps. This role has a specific focus on Model Driven Apps, and Dataverse.

You will benefit from being predominantly remote, with an occasional on-site every 2-3 months, which will be fully expensed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps With a specific focus on Model Driven Apps and Dataverse.
  • Leverage Power Platform capabilities to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences.
  • Develop custom power platform solutions for using External and Microsoft APIs,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform and SharePoint solutions with Azure services for enhanced functionality.
  • Utilise PowerShell Scripting for automation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
  • Understand and use Power Platform ALM across Environments and Tenants
  • Mentor and support junior developers within the Team, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and scope solutions.
  • Conduct business analysis to ensure proposed solutions align with organisational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field/strong portfolio of work
  • Demonstrable experience in Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven)
  • Proven expertise in developing custom solutions for the SharePoint platform
  • Strong knowledge of Azure development, including DevOps and Logic Apps
  • Proficient in PowerShell Scripting
  • Ideal candidate would also have other pro-code knowledge and skills
  • Ideal Candidate would have or be will to work towards - PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600
  • Experience in mentoring and growing junior developers

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Power Platform components and capabilities.
  • Proficient in SharePoint development using SPFx, PnP and Rest API.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based development.
  • Strong PowerShell Scripting skills.
  • Excellent mentoring and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct scoping and business analysis for solutions.
