Person Specification Qualifications- Practice Supervisor/Assessor.
- Registered Children's Nurse.
- Completion of modules at level 7.
- PGCE.
- Experience as a mentor of pre and post-registration students.
- Clinical experience at band 6 in an acute paediatric setting.
- Ability to teach, educate and facilitate in informal and formal situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant specialist curricula, including mentorship programme.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the application of evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the assessment process and of creating a learning environment.
- Developed research ability.

Contract Details£44,806 to £53,134 per annum, including HCAS.
