Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team on a temporary adhoc basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Key Stage 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents and guardians as required.Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Desirable:
Previous experience in a similar temporary or adhoc teaching role.Familiarity with the local community and its educational needs.What We Offer:
