The class has a variety of abilities and needs, therefore you are required to be an open-minded and progressive practitioner with the ability to utilise differentiation within your practice.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching at the primary level.A current DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development.What We Offer:
