In addition, management of external subcontractors and associates contributing to Marine project delivery is an integral element of the position.

You'll have overall responsibility for leading and managing projects, ensuring that they are of high quality and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. You will lead and guide Consultants and Senior Consultants in your team, including line management of up to five individuals. You will also contribute to maximizing employee retention and new employee recruitment.

You will play a key role in the wider business development and marketing strategy of the company to both internal and external clients, including identifying and contacting potential clients for new business.
