Private Funds Associate

Funds Associate to join a Renowned Funds Practice at US Law Firm in London.

You would be joining the 3rd largest office and international hub of this US headquartered firm, working with some of London's most prominent funds partners. This team has a strong secondaries practice, meaning they are active in some of the most significant fund restructuring, along with high-value fundraising in both the buy and sell-side.

You will be 1-2PQE looking to excel in one of the US elite, with a desire to join an environment that will allow you to thrive in the funds space. Your exposure to high value transactions would be second to none due to the lean team, whilst enjoying autonomy from the mature and flexible culture.
