Product Manager - Cloud

Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for cloud services? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and lead the service delivery efforts within our Agile Release Train (ART).

About the Role:

As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Ensuring cloud services align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Developing and communicating a clear service roadmap.
• Defining service offerings, features, and SLAs.
• Leading PI planning within the ART.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Managing stakeholder expectations.
• Gathering feedback and iterating on service offerings.
• Making data-driven decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with security and legal requirements.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on service delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience in SAFe.
• Ability to translate customer needs into service requirements.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing SLAs and ensuring service delivery excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality services.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• SAFe certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices (preferred).
• Experience managing cloud service migrations or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize service delivery.
