We are looking for a Product Owner to join a client on a permanent basis, someone who has experience of working within the Insurance market.

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Proven Experience: Strong Agile and Scrum experience with a thorough understanding of the Product Owner role particularly with a technology focus.
• Outstanding Communication: Exceptional skills in communication and presentation.
• Analytical Prowess: Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Expertise in balancing and managing conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Industry Knowledge: Insight into the insurance industry, even if gained through different roles (preferable).
• Certified Professional: Certified Product Owner credentials (preferable).
• Adaptable and Positive: A flexible approach to work and a positive attitude, fully embracing and incorporating the company values.
