Your new role
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing operations, responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will train and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment whilst implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. You will collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics, to optimise production flow.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should have a good level of education to include GCSE's in English and Maths. It is essential that you are computer-literate with experience of using production systems and Microsoft packages.
