What can you expect?

• You take complete responsibility for a development program, collaborating with the Program Sponsor to define project and program objectives
• You own complex, high-impact development initiatives from end-to-end
• You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met within quality, time, and cost parameters
• You prepare and implement programs across multiple disciplines, aligning with established goals
• You establish robust operating mechanisms to track program progress and develop recovery plans
• You provide regular status reports to the leadership team and oversee key performance indicators to senior management

What should you bring along?

• You hold a Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering or Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Materials)
• You have a minimum of 10 years of project or program management experience in a high-tech industry
• You possess a professional certification such as PMP
• You have experience in leading and influencing distributed teams
• You demonstrate exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• You are fluent in both German and English
