New long term freelance opportunity for a Project Management Support/Junior project manager to join my industry leading Telecommunications client. The role of the Project Management support officer will be to provide administration support to a team of project managers, co-ordinate meetings, write meeting notes, track the progress of the project and contribute to the writing and presentation of bids and tenders.

To be successful in this role we need someone with minimum 1 years experience within Project Management, IT Engineering or Aerospace engineering. We need someone who has great communication/soft skills, strong co-ordination and prioritisation skills, and someone who is competent on Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project etc.).

The ideal candidate will have experience working in any of the following industries: EU Institutions, Public sector, Government administration, defence or international organisations.

This position is working on-site full time in Luxembourg with the potential to have 1 day per week working remotely, therefore please only apply if you are ok to go into the office.
