Property Project Supervisor, client side, salary £40,000-£45,000

Your new companyA highly regarded and award-winning aviation and holiday business requires a Property Project Supervisor to join their expanding property team. Based out of Leeds but operating across the UK, you will be joining a company that is going from strength to strength and a team that supports their colleagues in continued professional growth.
Your new roleAs the new Project Supervisor - Property, you'll have a major impact on helping your new business to achieve their goals. In this exciting position, created due to business growth, you'll work across the UK and overseas estate. Initially, all work will be within the UK estate. While using AutoCAD, you'll be involved in a strong pipeline of new and existing property projects, undertaking property inspections, ensuring compliance and assisting in the management of maintenance obligations.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in project management from a client side or consultancy position.

The ability to use AutoCAD is essential.

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

Familiarity with construction/ project management software such as MS Project.

Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.

What you'll get in returnIn return, you will get a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 doe you will also receive a car allowance of £4,500. Holidays are 34 days inclusive of bank holidays.
