Your new role
Hays are recruiting a temporary purchase ledger clerk on behalf of a well-known Bristol organisation. The company are looking for an individual to support their team for approximately 6-8 weeks. Pay for the role is dependent on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 35 hours. Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day accounts payable function
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Ad-hoc finance activities for the wider finance team
- Experience in a high-volume accounts payable function
- Strong communication skills
- Always looking to drive improvement
