• Maintain, support and contribute to the continuous development of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet operational and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to complaint investigations, root cause analysis and report writing.
• Manage the Supplier Appraisal Systems for the supply chain and effective resolution of non-conformities (NCRs)
• Coordinate and support the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) meetings with various departments to progress and close out CAPAs.

Quality Assurance Officer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven track record of working within Quality Assurance, ideally within the engineering/manufacturing sector
• Experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge and experience of conducting investigations, root cause analysis and report writing
