Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our team for a 2-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Reception pupils, fostering their development in a supportive and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and development.

Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.

Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
