It is essential you have previous receptionist experience; a professional, friendly and positive attitude; detail orientated; with strong time management and organisational skills.

First impressions are lasting impressions. As a receptionist you play a pivotal role in welcoming clients, visitors, and even colleagues - it's nice to be warmly greeted whoever you are.

My Client

They are one of the most revered, multi-branched estate agents in Northwest London. The role is for their Cricklewood office which is lovely, modern, and contemporary. Your colleagues are also fun, supportive, sociable, and friendly.

They want you to be happy and challenged at work, which is why they are more than open to you wanting to progress in other areas of the business if you so wish.

Their office is a couple of minutes from public transport routes, so easy to commute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE VITAL
  • Answering and directing phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Handling property keys
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintaining the reception and office area
  • Preparing property marketing materials and ad hoc administrative duties
