Receptionist - Professional Services
Full-Time position + Company pension + Excellent BenefitsAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for Receptionist / Office Assistant to join a well-established firm. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for clients, managing both telephone and in-person enquiries, as well as providing administrative support to the team.You will be responsible for:
- Acting as Ambassador to the firm to visitors
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and mail efficiently
- Photocopying, scanning, managing stationery, and other administrative tasks.
- Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Archiving, retrieving files, and assisting with typing for fee earners
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Capable of managing and prioritising tasks effectively
- There is a strong preference for experience working in a professional services, legal, wealth management type environment
