For a leading international business law firm, we are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) with professional experience in the area of Restructuring & Insolvency based in Munich.

The clients of the team in the dynamically growing and renowned law firm include investors, domestic and foreign creditors, as well as national and international companies from the automotive, energy, real estate, and private equity sectors, well-known insolvency administrators, organs, and creditors in liability and avoidance cases, as well as funds.

The team advises various stakeholders on restructurings, cross-border insolvency proceedings, and distressed M&A transactions and supports clients in restructuring and insolvency situations and in crisis management.

Your profile:

• You have above-average degrees in both state examinations.
• You can demonstrate relevant professional experience in finance, insolvency, or M&A.
• You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You exhibit a high degree of teamwork and communication skills, commitment, and responsibility.
• Additional qualifications such as a doctorate or an LL.M. are welcome but not a prerequisite.
