This role involves working closely with senior management to deliver top-notch care in clients' homes across London.

Our client provides specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes, working in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams. Their mission is to deliver highly specialised, outcome-based care packages that allow clients to remain at home, even when they require complex healthcare. They are committed to maintaining high Care Quality Commission standards and being the preferred provider for homecare clients needing complex health interventions.
The Regional Lead Nurse will:
- Manage Nurse Case Managers to ensure service delivery and growth
- Build relationships with health and social care commissioners
- Manage and support Nurse Case Managers and carers
- Ensure clients receive the best possible care
- Oversee complaints, incidents, and safeguarding
- Participate in a managers on-call rota
- Maintain clinical policies and procedures

The ideal Regional Lead Nurse will have:
- Registered General Nurse (NMC Registered Nurse)
- Up to date tracheostomy care and ventilator care experience
- Experience in clinical or nursing management at a senior level

- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
