ABOUT YOU:
An RGN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
You will work well within the team, leading, supporting and training junior staff members, acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice to ensure the delivery of exceptional Care and Support.
You will have previous experience in motivating and leading a team.
