Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to oversee and coordinate the release management processes for various software applications in a hybrid working environment. The role involves managing the planning, scheduling, and deployment of releases across multiple environments. While experience with Salesforce is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure all releases meet business and technical requirements.
  • Define and improve release management processes including release schedules, approvals, and documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new releases, mitigating risks and resolving any issues that arise during the release process.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for streamlined releases.
  • Lead post-release reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the release process.
  • Ensure all releases comply with security and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Release Manager in complex software environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Strong understanding of release automation, version control, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an added advantage but not required.

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid role, with both remote work and on-site presence required.
  • The role is inside IR35, and compliance with IR35 regulations is mandatory.
