About the Role:Hays is collaborating with a local council to recruit a Resourcing Partner for the Adult Social team. This interim position involves supporting the team with their resourcing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline the resourcing process within the Adult Social team.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address resourcing needs.

• Provide guidance and support on resource management best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven background in resource management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
