Restaurant Manager

We are a well-established Chinese restaurant located in the Sheffield, dedicated to providing Chinese cuisine and an exceptional take away experience for our customers. To enhance our service quality and operational efficiency, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Sheffield

Job Description:- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff training, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.- Develop and implement restaurant business strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house workflows to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.- Address customer complaints and feedback, maintaining positive customer relations.

Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience; experience in import/export is a plus.- Ability to communicate effectively with packaging and meat processing factories in China, and a strong understanding of relevant import processes and requirements.- Excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals.- Deep understanding of Chinese cuisine and culture, with the ability to provide professional dining recommendations to customers.
