RX UK Appoints Rosi Viljoen as Head of Visitor Strategy to Drive High-Value Visitor Engagement Across All Events
London, 12 September 2024: Today RX UK announces the appointment of Rosi Viljoen as Head of Visitor Strategy. This newly created role will develop High Value Visitor (HVV) strategies and activations across all of RX UK's events.
Rosi will initially focus on RX Hosted Buyer teams, eventually expanding her efforts to encompass all show portfolios. Under her leadership, the Buyer team will report directly to her, enhancing RX's visitor experience across all events.
Rosi brings a wealth of experience to RX, having spent over 20 years at American Express in various roles within the premium product benefit and loyalty space. During her time there she worked in various departments including marketing and communications, new business development, and global partnership management. She was instrumental in developing and implementing luxury travel and lifestyle programmes and customer loyalty strategies.
For the past five years, Rosi has worked as a freelance consultant, leading projects such as the go-to-market strategy for the launch of a digital incubator at The University of Kingston, managing a global digital transformation strategy for the American Express corporate card, and contracting for ILTM in a marketing and communications capacity.
