Church Street Partnership, a practice in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire is offering a salaried GP post with an attractive salary of up to £12,000pa per session plus benefits. We are looking for an experienced salaried GP to join our team for 4-6 sessions a week, with a view to partnership.
Main duties of the jobWhat you can expect:
- In house pharmacy and nurse prescribing teams
- GP Assistant GP led workload
- Fully digital practice - care navigation, online consults, cloud-based telephony systems
- Centrally funded acute home visiting service (low routine home visit demand)
- Regular protected learning time both within the PCN and in house
- Extremely active PCN collaboration, with direct access to MDT (mental health, cancer) physiotherapies, mental health workers, women's reproductive health, neurodiversity support teams, social prescribing, adolescent health, drug and alcohol teams
- Established collaborative working with ICB, local practices, community teams
- Capped appointments 15-minute F2F, 10-minute telephone calls
- No extra additional appointments added to routine clinics
- Half day duty sessions, shared on rotation.

Person Specification Qualifications- 3 years post CCT.
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
- Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate).
- Be on the NHSE medical performers list.
- Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
- Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
- Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
- Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
