Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Telephony to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients through cold outreach, strategy/demo calls, follow-ups, and relationship management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people, understands the content creation space, and can effectively articulate the value our client brings to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Outreach:

  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Research and build a targeted list of potential leads, focusing on content creators, marketing agencies, and businesses in need of video editing services.

2. Sales Calls:

  • Schedule and lead strategy/demo calls to showcase our clients' offerings and how our services can solve clients' video production challenges.
  • Understand prospects' pain points and customize solutions based on their needs.

3. Follow-Ups & Communication:

  • Execute timely and professional follow-ups via email, calls, or messaging platforms to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Address any questions or objections from prospects to build trust and ensure a seamless sales experience.

4. Pipeline Management:

  • Track and manage all sales activities in the CRM (eg, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other platforms).
  • Update client status, log communication, and ensure leads are being actively worked on.

5. Closing Sales:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to close deals and secure new clients.
  • Clearly communicate subscription plans (Start, Grow, Scale) and upsell or customize solutions where appropriate.

6. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with leadership to identify new sales strategies, target industries, and messaging approaches.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead progress, and sales performance.

7. Relationship Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team to ensure expectations are aligned and customer satisfaction remains high.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales role, ideally in video production, SaaS, creative services, or a subscription-based business model.
  • Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and sales presentations.
  • Native/Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) for managing leads and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with our client's service offerings.
  • A driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the video production or content creation industry.
