Job Description

We are working with one of the industry's leading fabricators of UPVC Windows & Doors who are recruiting for a Sales Director.

They are one of the most respected businesses within the Fenestration industry and have been continuously trading for over forty years.

Built upon family core values, the business has gone from strength to strength, maintaining their high-quality product, second to none service, and friendly approach.

Our client is looking for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of the Fenestration industry, leading businesses through periods of growth and developing a sales team to support the continued growth.

Ultimately, you will be asked to analyze the business and determine areas of growth that would be possible and explore this further, with your recommendation on how to deliver this. Working closely with the wider business operational functions to maintain service levels across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets for the business.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of the sales and marketing team structure, creating an appropriate balance of time spent with new and existing customers.
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives across the business, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities for the business, correctly managed and segmented in the company's CRM system to aid forecasting.
  • Create clear processes and targets around lead generation campaigns, lead and quotation follow-up, which are linked to KPIs.
