Job Description
This is an opportunity for a proven sales leader to take a key role, driving commercial sector sales for a world leading Microsoft services partner. The successful candidate will combine their rich experience in technology services sales with the leadership abilities to drive a team of circa ten people, partnering with Microsoft to win multi £m services contracts for digital transformation, business applications and data analytics in the SMC and Enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the UK VP of Sales and lead a team of approximately ten sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Focus on securing bookings from new and existing clients, managing performance against key targets, and building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous qualification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing, to enhance sales outcomes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and use data insights to inform decision-making.
- Support recruitment, development, and performance management within the team.
- A minimum of five years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proven success in both SMC and Enterprise sales environments.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Expertise in building relationships with senior executives across client organisations and partners, such as Microsoft.
- Commercially astute with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Salary Offered: £130k + Exec level benefits + Exec comp plan (OTE £260k)
- Location: Home based in the UK with frequent UK travel
