Aufgaben

• Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen: Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu medizinischen Fachkräften sowie Patienten mit Diabetes
• Marktentwicklung: Sie identifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und setzen Vertriebsstrategien um, um unsere Lösungen erfolgreich im Markt zu positionieren.
• Produktschulungen: Sie führen Produktschulungen durch und unterstützen Ihre Kunden bei der optimalen Anwendung unserer Produkte.
• Umsatzverantwortung: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele und das Wachstum in Ihrem Gebiet.

Im Außendienst beinhalten die meisten Positionen einen Firmenwagen, der auch privat genutzt werden kann.

Profil

• Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld oder Erfahrung als Diabetesberater(in) / pharmazeutisch-technische/r Assistentent/in (PTA) / medizinisch-technische/r Assistent/in (MTA), alternativ Bachelor / Master in Medizintechnik/ Pharmakologie/ Biologie/ Medizin o.ä. mit einem besonderen Interesse für Schulung und Service
• Fähigkeit zum Lesen und Interpretieren wissenschaftlicher Literatur
• Freude am intensiven Kontakt mit den zu betreuenden vielseitigen Kundengruppen, Service- und Dienstleistungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
• Wohnort im Gebiet, hohe Reisebereitschaft gepaart mit einem gültigen Führerschein
• Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie technische Affinität

Verkaufserfahrung im Bereich erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte, sowie Kenntnisse in der Klinischen-/ Diabetes-Praxis wären von Vorteil
